Q: How soon will my order arrive?
A: We normally ship within 2 business days of an order being placed, however its arrival time will depend
on where you are. Orders placed in North America usually arrive within 3 - 7 days from the ship date.
Orders placed from countries outside North America may take 2 - 4 weeks, depending on the destination.
Q: Can I order more than one item at a time?
A: Yes. After you add an item to the shopping cart, you have the option to return to the store to continue
ordering other items.
Q: Can I order multiples of the same item?
A: Yes. Once you add an item to your shopping cart, you can edit the quantity of each item in your
shopping cart before you check out.
Q: I just placed an order but gave the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
A: We try to ship orders out within 48 hours of your order being placed. Please let us know as soon as you
can to prevent having your order shipped to the wrong address. Once an order is shipped to the address
specified by a customer, we cannot get it back for you.

A: Your orders will be charged and processed by the company that handles the shipping for our DVDs,
